2. Description of Service

Heal Lift provides a wellness platform offering nature soundscapes, guided meditations, breathing exercises, and related content through its mobile application and website. Features and availability may vary by region and subscription plan.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Each account is for a single user and may not be shared.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features of Heal Lift require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Heal Lift — including soundscapes, music tracks, visuals, text, and software — is the intellectual property of Heal Lift or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without written authorisation

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Heal Lift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Content on Heal Lift is for general wellness purposes and does not constitute medical advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heal Lift and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
